There are three engine configurations within the range of Perkins Motors, these are:
- Electro Pack
- IOPU (Industrial Open Power Unit)
- Fan to Flywheel
A breakdown of each configuration is listed below

Perkins Electro pack configuration includes:

  • Turbocharger ( if applicable
  • Fuel injection equipment
  • Mechanical fuel lift pump
  • Water pump
  • Inlet & exhaust manifold
  • SAE Flywheel & housing
  • DC electrics ( includes fuel shutoff solenoid )
  • Pedestal Supported Radiator
  • Front & Rear Engine Mounts
  • Air Cleaner ( fitted to engine
  • Turbocharger ( if applicable

Perkins IOPU ( Industrial Open Power Unit ) configuration includes:
